2. பிரதமர் ரணில் விக்கிரமசிங்க உட்பட அரசாங்கத்தில் அங்கம் வகிக்கும் அனைவரும் உடனடியாக பதவி விலக வேண்டும். அமைச்சு சார்ந்த அமைச்சர்கள், அமைச்சு சாராத அமைச்சர்கள், துணை அமைச்சர்கள் என அனைவரும் இதில் உள்ளடங்குவர். Prime minister Ranil Wickremesinghe and the entire government must resign with immediate effect. This includes all cabinet, non-cabinet, deputy and project ministers,

3. ராசபக்சே-விக்ரமசிங்க பதவி விலகலைத் தொடர்ந்து, பொருளாதார, சமூக மற்றும் அரசியல் நோக்கங்களை நிறைவேற்றும் ஒரு இடைக்கால அரசாங்கம் நிறுவப்பட வேண்டும். Following the resignation of the Rajapaksa-Wickremesinghe regime, an interim government which subscribes to the ‘economic, social and political aims and aspirations of the people’s struggle should be established.

4. புதிய அரசியலமைப்பு நடைமுறைக்கு வரும் வரை, சனாதிபதியின் நிறைவேற்று அதிகாரங்களைக் குறைத்தல், அனைவருக்கும் சமத்துவம், மக்களாட்சி நிறுவனங்களை வலுப்படுத்துதல் மற்றும் தற்போதுள்ள அரசியலமைப்பை மக்களாட்சி முறைப்படுத்துதல் ஆகியவற்றை உள்ளடக்கிய நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும். Till a new constitution is in place, the steps should be taken to include reduction of executive powers of president, law equal for all, strengthening democratic institutions and democratisation of the existing constitution.

5. மக்கள் இறையாண்மையை உறுதிப்படுத்தும் புதிய அரசியலமைப்பு உருவாக்கப்பட வேண்டும். வாழ்வதற்கான உரிமையை அடிப்படை உரிமையாக நிறுவ வேண்டும். நிறைவேற்று அதிகாரம் கொண்ட சனாதிபதி ஆட்சி முறை ஒழிக்கப்பட வேண்டும். நியாயமான தேர்தலுக்கு உரிய நடைமுறையை ஏற்படுத்த வேண்டும். A new constitution that endorses people's sovereignty should be established. The right to life should be established as a fundamental right. The executive presidency should be abolished. An appropriate process for fair election should be put in place.
